Geometry in Cryptography and Communication School

Geometry in Cryptography and Communication  held in Tromsø (Norway) in the week of October 6–10, 2025.

This school is intended to introduce the students to a selection of contemporary topics in cryptography and communication complexity.

The unifying theme is the application of geometric ideas ranging from polynomials over finite fields over convex and real algebraic geometry to information inequalities.

These are the lecture series:

  •   Chunlei Li (Bergen): The roadmap from polynomials to quantum-safe cryptosystems
  •   Hemanta Maji (Purdue): Lamination hulls and secure computation
  •   Andrei Romashchenko (LIRMM): Different perspectives on the notion of information: their interactions and applications

Registration is now open until August 20. For more information, please visit https://mathconf.eu/gcc-uit-2025/
